Final Planning &
Wedding Day Management
Investment: $1,500
You’ve obsessed over every detail and planned the party, now your job is to enjoy every minute of it. Let us handle all of your day-of coordination and ensure that everything runs smoothly, so that you can focus on making memories with your people.
Before the wedding
Email and virtual communication up to the wedding day to answer any questions and set your wedding day up for success (typically starting 4-6 weeks prior to your day)
Two virtual or in-person (if located in the Seattle area) meetings prior to your wedding day to coordinate the details
First meeting to go through your wedding details, understand your vision and gather information needed to create the wedding day schedule
Second meeting the week of, finalizing any remaining details
Creation of the full wedding day schedule
Coordination with all vendors at least two weeks prior to your wedding day to finalize details and communicate the day of schedule
Rehearsal & wedding day
Direction of the rehearsal in coordination with the officiant and venue planner the day prior to the wedding
Up to 12 hours of day of coordination / wedding day management
Point of contact on the wedding day for the wedding party, guests, and vendors
Oversee and assist with the venue set up, ensuring details are executed as planned
Manage the wedding day schedule, ensuring everything stays on schedule throughout the day
Ensure your personal items, gifts, and any wedding décor get packed up and returned to the identified transport person
Do a final walk through with the venue at the end of the night, if required
Full Wedding Planning
Investment: Starting at $6,000
For busy couples who are looking for someone to come alongside them and guide them through the wedding planning process. We thrive in the details, helping you bring your ideas to life.
Our full wedding planning service includes:
Assistance with budget creation and tracking
Frequent communication to answer any questions and set your wedding day up for success
Monthly meetings to keep planning on track
Venue and vendor recommendations based on budget
Mood boards and design review to ensure your personal style shines through
Contract and invoice tracking, liaison between vendors and couple
Guest management and logistics
Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner coordination (up to 4 hours for the event)
Final planning & wedding day management as listed above
